Colliers International has recently published a report, “Kelowna & Central Okanagan Public Health Region Population & Housing Growth 2020 to 2041”, which is shining light on the incredible financial opportunity available through real estate investing in Kelowna and the surrounding area.
According to figures from the 2016 Census, the population in the Central Okanagan Public Health Region has been growing rapidly over the past 30 years and is forecast to see an additional 112,800 residents moving to the area by 2041, which would bring the total regional population to 540,320 – a 66% increase since 1986.
