Potential projects must meet a projected 25% to 30% return to even be considered by Evest Funds, meaning an 18% Investor First plan is still very achievable and worthwhile for developers.

Using a phase-based development plan, the value of each project increases significantly as each phase is completed and also provide more profit margin on a lower total investment into the project.

An 18% return to investors is an attractive option for developers when balanced against the risk that without development capital, their project may stay locked in the conceptual phase.
